This Buffalo Exchange is easily my favorite, entirely because of the team. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the store was absolute mayhem. Packed with people, racks getting tossed around, folks brushing past each other without an “excuse me”… the usual busy Brooklyn weekend energy. And yet the entire staff was calm, friendly, and helpful the whole time. No attitude, just cool, collected, and kind, which honestly isn’t always the case at secondhand stores in NYC (no names 😅). Special shout-out to Jay! I was browsing with about 10 pieces piled in my arms and, without me asking, Jay came right up and offered to hold them at the fitting room for me. Such a small gesture but really thoughtful, especially given how busy it was. There are plenty of Buffalo Exchanges in NYC, but this is the one I’ll always go out of my way to visit because the team here is consistently great.

It's a pretty good store with quality and surely great vintage pieces. Will go more after today. I'd say it's definitely worth it. Since you're paying for a vintage item at a low price from what it's actually worth! coming here more often! Staff are nice and friendly and the place is clean

I am a bit confused about the prices, as for a tailor made lace top and a bag, I was only paid $7. Feels like it has got much lower than it used to be. And yes, those unnecessary comments from the buyers as others mentioned here — mate, I don’t need no explanation, either take it or leave it, and we are sorted.

I love this thrift shop! They have really cool styles and make for a great stroll around Brooklyn too. You can sell goods here and get store credit or cash. The staff is very kind and welcoming!

The staff where lovely but the manger wouldnt let me pregnant wife at 6 months use the toilet after spending 140 dollars in the shop very disappointing made use walk 15 minutes away to use the restrooms
