Savers is my favorite store! The Newington location just closed their doors, which is very sad. I love this store so much that I will drive to ANY of their other locations & some are over an hour away from where I live! Roadtrip!! You won't be bored at these stores! You'll find exactly what you need & then some!

On 8/22/2025 around 8pm, I received phenominal customer service from a Savers employee at this location. She went out of her way to assist me at the register and ensured I received a discount that I was entitled to. May not sound like such a big deal, but it was to me. I regret not getting her name...she was a petite young woman with dark hair. Thank you Savers angel. You made my shopping experience fabulous!

I think it is okay compared to Goodwill or the Salvation Army. I found an expensive pair of comfortable shoes for ten dollars at a Saver's once. I went online to find a replacement pair and the lowest price was $178! SAS brand shoes. My daughter looks through the DVDS and books. Update; December, 2019: Still a nice store. Update: Sunday afternoon, October 2022; Self serve check out. BYOB, Bring your own bags! Great service! I couldn't find a price on an item and they used a pair of socks 🧦 for a price. My friend, found an office chair for $10 in excellent condition. My daughter wanted to go to this Savers. I had a donation to drop off and I was surprised to see a line of cars ahead of me. Two employees were busy accepting, organizing and transferring items inside the building. One smiled at me because I deposited my donations in the places they wanted them to be located. Make sure you leave space between each vehicle as you pull up. People may unload from the back and the employees need to get bins around the vehicles.

even though you HAVE to self check out, they will hover over your shoulder and tell you prices need to be higher. they would not let me purchase items at the price they were marked after i spent over an hour searching for items in the store. reminder: they get these items for FREE and are a for profit corporation.

Staff is great. Store usually pretty clean. 1 star for the absolutely insane pricing. Walmart clothes with stains and holes for twice as much as they are brand new. Plastic cups from the dollar tree for $5. Its not about being a “global reuse champion” for yall anymore its about max profits and pushing the limits to see just how much you can take from people who need this stuff. Mind you all of your merchandise is free to you. Cheaper to shop at the mall these days
