If I could give it a -5 I would they’re never open on time. Customer service sucks. I would say just make the extra trip down to savers. Donate your stuff there.

This place is very trashy. The guy was very rude and would only take certain things. Other items, like a microwave, he said was too heavy for him and they didn’t want it. I get that they may not want certain items but you don’t have to be rude about it when people are giving you free stuff and trying to help.

States that they are open till 530p every day. Will send you away past 5 with a closed sign on the Door while the workers are chilling vaping upfront. Happened twice. Sunday and another Saturday. They dont seem thrilled to assist in anyway.

This place has gone downhill fast. I used to go here regularly. Over the years, they have accepted less and less stuff. The list of what they will take is stricter and stricter. This place used to have friendly customer service that brought a cart out to wheel stuff from your car to the building. They do not do that anymore. This place use to take things from the car as I handed them over to them to put into the cart they brought out. Now they won't even do that. I watched them make an elderly disabled person carry a heavy box inside the building for them recently. It's disturbing that an employee is comfortable watching someone struggle and won't do their job. As someone who has worked in customer service for over a decade, I am deeply disturbed by their lack of compassion or care. I will not continue to support Goodwill because of this specific location and their lazy efforts.
