People, please, this is Goodwill, a thrift store! Many of the staff are just getting valuable work experience there, learning valuable skills. And look at he volume of people that shop and donate there, it’s usually busy! The staff is always friendly! Our Goodwill is big clean and fun to go to! I am thankful to have a place to donate to as well. Keep up the good work!
They had a crew to take donations. There was a line but they were efficiently taking care of people. I had two steel desks. When it was my turn I found out they weren't taking desks. So I ended up taking them to the city transfer station. (Good Sams was closed on Mondays and I needed my trailer empty on Tuesday.
I wish they had fitting rooms. I also hate that when you return items you get a gift card back and not cash. The racks are always stuffed and its hard to look through them. The shelves also seem messy. But some good stuff can be found.
Not sure when Goodwill decided helping customers was optional, but it’s not a good look. Asking for basic assistance was met with rude and inflexible service. Charging $90 for a faux wood shelf really sealed the deal. I won’t be returning.
I like going there to shop. Today experience was not so good your clerk was not good customer services and is very rude check out today. I always got good customer service there when shop there. I think train your front customer good service to the customer.
