Sweet young lady at cashier, who graciously swept up broken crockery fallen by a customer with a fishing pole.
A clean, well stocked Goodwill. Arlene was fun and friendly at checkout. My wife, son and I were impressed with the clothing selection. The furniture and electronics were surprisingly cool too. Found two like new in-box digital cameras for under $10. Now I really wish Great Falls was closer to home! P.s. Always meant to give 5 stars BTW. My bad for original 4 star!
Clean. Organized. Friendly staff. Decent pricing on clothing. Casual and semi-formal dresses are only $6.99. The only downfall is no fitting rooms available, so you have to hope what you like fits. If it doesn't, the tag still has to be on the item, and you have to have the receipt to return and can only receive store credit on returns. On the upside, the store credit doesn't expire.
Goodwill apparently identifies as a Macy's now. Their prices are insanely high. 3 stars because of their excellent customer service.
I will never step foot back in this store again they are nothing but rude. And they have bed bugs. And bugs. And this store is not clean at all it was gross. I hope nobody goes back in this store. and then when I was checking out, that woman was so rude because I expressed my feelings to her and she told me never to come back into the store so I will take her advice and never come back and let half of Falls know to never come back into this store until you learn how to have customer service I have never in my life been treated that way in this town and I’ve been here a long time and now you just make it to where I wanna go to the Salvation Army and never this place again and And I don’t want to hear how sorry you are because you’re not sorry at all because if you were, you wouldn’t have people like that working and that store
