The employee chance helped me out as soon as I walked through the door by holding the door open for my son and I to come in. This has been the best experience at any goodwill me and my family have ever had.

My daughters and I came out today to shop at this store. We live by the Liberty one but this was SO worth the drive. We lost ourselves for hours in this store. Very clean. Great brands and really good prices. Our cashier, Ash, was so incredibly friendly and personable. 100/10 on customer service. Will be back.

Normally I love this location but wow it was terrible today. Couldn’t even get through the isles they had so many carts out at once while stocking the shelves. Lady at the front picks and chooses who she’s going to be friendly to. They ask you to donate but can’t even give you a bag when you buy multiple items… she said I don’t know how to help you while I’m carrying my 7 month baby. A bag would have been a good try since you TOLD ME I’m donating as well. Some management intervention was needed today and with that woman… I’ve worked in thrift stores and I know you’re not supposed to have so many racks out. It was dangerously crowded, and lady at the register is enough to make me not want to go. Older woman with tattoos. She didn’t have to be so rude and also unhelpful on top..

Went to Goodwill (Lees Summit) today, the lazy person on the dock told me he couldn't take my items because they had a limit today. I bet if there was a Rolex in the pile they would have taken it. There was nothing on the list they could not accept. I just think he was being lazy. No worries, Red Rack took my items with no problem.

Should of said something long ago but the older women that works there with tattoos on her arm is a very mean person. We quit going years ago because of her. We went again a few weeks ago. My husband is a teacher and d we were leaving (she didn't check us out) she did like she always did and snapped at us you won't get that discount again. I didn't care about tattoos was only way I knew best to describe her. Very hateful person.
