I have been a customer for 3 years now best place to sell your used items all the workers are amazing kind individuals! I love the new store makes more since. I don't make in there much now a days but still worth the drive every time thank you guys!!! Best place around.
Just visited this store for the first time. I have recently started to get into thrifting, and this place was a GREAT experience! The fitting room staff member at the time was very friendly and helpful! Most thrift stores I go to are 90% junk, along with some occasional lucky finds. This store was NOT like that at all. This store had plenty of trendy and cool items. It seems that Buffalo exchange is very particular about what products they hand-pick for their sales floor. I can appreciate that a lot! Buffalo exchange seems to be going for eco-friendliness in their store as well. I highly recommend checking this place out! (I wish I would have taken better photos; the store was very visually appealing to me and was very well organized.)
Buffalo Exchange in Uptown is a pretty good second hand clothing shop. They have a decent amount of unique and high quality pieces, although they do have some garments in the mix which are from fast fashion brands. Since their inventory is curated garments which are purchased from sellers, their prices are higher than some other thrift shops which resell donated goods, but I think they are still fairly reasonable for these sort of trendy, curated pieces. I have also sold clothing here a handful of times which has been a good experience. Here's how it works: when you arrive with items to sell you can check in via QR code to hold your place in line, so this way while you are waiting you are able to look around the store. When it's your turn to sell, an associate will look through your items and decide which (if any) they would like to purchase. Depending on your preference they can give you cash for your items or in-store credit, and the in-store credit they will give you is double the cash value. The staff here are very nice whether you are buying or selling and I've always had a good experience interacting with them. The flow of the store is pretty good but I do find the dressing rooms to be on the small side. Plus they have only hooks and no small benches to place your clothes while you are trying things on. Overall I do think this is a pretty good shop, and I definitely think it's worth checking out if you're looking for some fun new pieces! I also appreciate their goals of sustainability.
What a joke. You'll be told your spring shorts, skirts and blouses aren't in season for spring. By shop employees that look a mess , also wearing Walmart brands. Definitely avoid this place.
Not entirely sure what happened to this store. This new location is just flooded with (in my opinion) unwearable clothes. Either tacky patterns or fast fashion clothes. I brought in a pretty good amount of clothes that I don’t even think the lady fully looked at. It’s a shame!
