Manager Eve is rude disrespectful can I even ask respectfully for employees to do anything I am a customer coming in and I sit here and seeing this a manager is not supposed to be treating employees rudely and disrespectfully I work with customers also something needs to be done because as a customer I don't want to see that

Pretty expensive compared to other Salvation Army stores I’ve been to. Still, they had a nice selection of furniture. I walked out with a nice wicker chair which probably would’ve cost twice as much bought new.

My first time at this particular Salvation Army Store. Prices and Variety are a little better than Goodwill. I actually found and bought a few items. This location is much better organized than other Salvation Army locations I have been to.

My experience with The Salvation Army of Johnson County was extremely disappointing and added stress during an already difficult time. I was working with a caseworker named Savannah Jones while my family was experiencing housing instability. Throughout my time in the program, there were missed appointments and lack of follow-through with Savannah. Communication was inconsistent, and despite my efforts to stay engaged and ask reasonable questions about housing assistance and next steps, I did not receive clear guidance or meaningful support. When I began advocating more actively for my family and asking for accountability, the support did not improve. Instead, I was left without assistance or resolution. Programs serving families in crisis need to provide consistent communication, reliability, and transparency. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this organization reflects on how cases are managed and how families in vulnerable situations are support
