If you’re into thrift shopping around Atlanta, the Atlanta Habitat ReStore is worth a stop. This isn’t your typical thrift store filled mainly with clothes; it’s part of a nationwide Habitat for Humanity chain known for repurposing donated building materials, furniture, and household goods. At this Atlanta Habitat ReStore, you’ll find a diverse collection of secondhand items. Think gently used furniture pieces like dressers, tables, and chairs, alongside vintage light fixtures and home improvement supplies. It’s perfect for anyone looking to outfit their space without breaking the bank or contributing to landfill waste. They also occasionally have a mix of housewares, tools, and even some secondhand books that make browsing more fun.

One of the best reuse stores in Atlanta. From furniture to tile to appliances. They have something that you might use. Worth stopping in.
You can find good stuff at low prices. Friendly staff. I have been there many times and I always look forward to going back. I would ignore posts from people that complain about staff or prices. Kinda sad.
Very helpful staff. Some very cool one-off kind finds. Prices are decent. Lots of overruns for contractors. Definitely recommend.
This was my first time in this store. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of items they had. Some of the prices were really good. Some didn't seem like that much of a bargain, but overall, I think there are some significant savings. I'll definitely be visiting more often as new things come in.
Firstly, I have to make it clear that this one star rating is NOT for Habitat for Humanity. Nor, is this one-star rating for The ReStore. This one star rating is, sadly, because of the ReStore's manager that was working on Saturday, December 6th, 2025, around 2:30 in the afternoon. I knew that Habitat for Humanity was the one safe and helpful place I could go to while having a vehicle emergency. I still believe this to be true. Unfortunately, the Mr. Manager that was working does not embody the community-helping spirit that is Jimmy Carter's legacy. This manager tarnished the legacy with every snide, condescending word he spoke to me... Did this manager think that I was a poor, woe-begotten, street urchin because I wasn't wearing the status quo's easily recognized, conservative and safe, status symbols? I'm sure that my coat, alone, is worth more than his entire outfit. But, that shouldn't matter. I wasn't asking for a handout. I offered to pay / donate for just a little bit of help with my car.... * I'll have to finish writing this 'review' in a few hours. Because, now, I'm just too upset. I'm still in the parking lot at the ReStore. I'm still having a vehicle emergency, but I felt it necessary to start to type this out while my emotions about this mistreatment are in present tense.
