Very friendly and professional staff. Amazingly Awesome prices staff will assist you with helping to move heavy furniture or anything that's heavy properly secured on your vehicle or truck. Bill is Amazing Luis is very friendly and professional and will assist you in whatever you need also assists with making sure electrical appliance's are working. Very clean all over and inside staff working in both clothing areas are professional and friendly. Wheelchair excess and customer service is exceptional. My favorite place to shop for reasonable prices.Overall Bargain Barn is just what the name says great bargains. A ten star place to shop for exceptional prices better than any goodwill or salvation army on any given day.
I have been to Bargain Barn multiple times and I went the other day an one of the men working there who I have dealt with before was extremely rude to me. I asked him the price of an item and he ignored me. Then when I raised my voice to get his attention he would not help me. I realized he was busy but I thought it was unprofessional of him to act the way he did. Some of the other employees have been great but this guy has always had an attitude since I have been going there. I won't be dealing with him if I ever go back there. Its a good place to buy furniture some of the employees just suck!
Awful, nothing is priced to sale. Garage sale stickers are on items and they want higher prices, rude man at counter from Peru, said fine someone will come tomorrow to buy as he replaces items behind shelf because he can not get high prices. Never been so insulted!!
The store and organisation is set up to help the community and offer a chance for people going through the program to reintegrate in society GREAT WORK. However some of their regular employees are a total disgrace, rude, obnoxious, one of them in particularly Alfredo, he takes pride in having costumers "kicked out " of the store. Most items are not priced, any disagreement or question about his choice of price and he rips off your hands the item and proceeds to have you "kicked out", as if he was in charge of the place. Thank you for your generous work and the kind service of your volunteers, but please find a nice desk and a chair away from costumers for Alfredo, you would be doing a favor to your costumers and others going through the recovery program, I have witnessed how he treats them.
BEWARE!! BEWARE!! BEWARE!! This place is set up to rip customers off. Nothing is priced in this thrift shop. If you are driving by and search reviews follow my advice and do not even stop. The staff is not only very rude but they price items based on what they think that a particular customer will pay. So the price is not the same to all customers. Legitimate thrift stores will price the items and negotiate final prices. Stay away from this place there are many legitimate thrift stores to shop. This place reminds me of a really bad used car lot. I spend a lot of time treasure hunting thrift stores and could not believe how rude customers were treated here. Stay away until the Miami rescue mission changes This stores management and selling practices
