Iv been going here over 20yrs,and on a regular spend $400-$600 weekly( i resale at fleamarkets).im there everyday, had the WORST experience today! One of the cart pushers thats only been there a couple months was extremely rude and humiliated me in front of other regulars, not once, but 3 times.iv been nice to her since she started.but tonight she flipped a switch on me infront of a crowd.i understand she a 24 year old lady.but very entitled, I was standing there next to my shopping cart,as she pushed out a cart,I said oh I like that( referring to looneytunes figure)she said out loud( back off)mind you i was standing still and she pushed her cart next to me( i never moved) so as she started putting stuff on shelf, her friend( another shopper or boyfriend) jumped in front of me to grab items.and she looked only at me( which i was 5 ft away) and her friend or whatever he may be to her was rite next to her,and she said DUDE BACK AWAY,and put all the stuff for other guy.cameras there would show it all.so I payed for my stuff, which was lower then I usually buy ( only $50) and left.all that money i spend will now be at salvation army now.i only drove across town to this goodwill because awsome staff there.good managers, amanda,jr,and other two female managers, and Mike in wheelchair, and maggie, all really friendly staff.but this new girl really cut the cake.the humiliation I went through in front of other regulars was uncalled for over her little boyfriend or family member she was catering too.so id hate to shop elsewhere.but I dont want to be around that type of hate,or direspect.im going to call corporate tomarrow over this rude girl.i was told its because she is new to America and her first job in this country.but doesnt give her the rite to be rude that extreme.she wears a cloth wrapped around her head.young.she said 24.maybe she didn't like my cross around my neck.she did stare at it a few times.im not hateful myself against any religion.im not supposed to.nor will i be hateful back to a female.my parents didn't allow that
I've been seeing a lot of YouTube videos of other goodwills having discount days, but for some reason, Stockton, goodwill doesn't have that And there's quality of stuff is bad.at this goodwill and what I see now is the store is dirty all the time and selling ripped clothes lot of chunk on the shelves, not worth buying. I Think the CEO of goodwill needs to come and see this goodwill in Stockton.
The store is sooooo messy and disorganized! They have so much stuff and everything on top of everything. Everything would sell faster if the store was well organized by sections.
This place is unorganized and difficult to find things. They used to have different areas from glass, kitchen, toys, but now everything is on top of everything. Looks dirty and not very nice. The same with the clothes. I don’t think management cares about the store. Some Items are overpriced and if I am going to spend almost the same amount for a used item I prefer to but it new.
Ive donated to Goodwill several times and honestly, they have zero sense of urgency every single time. The line of cars are ALWAYS backed up and there’s only one person working, moving at the slowest pace imaginable. It makes me want to clock in and help just to get it done quicker lol It’s frustrating when you’re trying to do something good and end up wasting so much time. If you value your time, just take your donations to Superior Thrift — they’re way more organized and efficient. Goodwill really needs to step it up.
