Goodwill Retail Store and Donation Center in Port Hueneme is a straightforward spot for anyone who enjoys thrift shopping. As part of the well-known Goodwill chain, this Port Hueneme thrift store carries a wide range of secondhand goods that are donated locally. The chain is often recognized for its mission-driven approach, turning donations into job training and community programs. That adds a feel-good layer to every purchase here.
Walking through the aisles, you’ll find everything from used clothing and footwear to housewares and furniture. The clothing selection is pretty varied, with casual wear, business attire, and sometimes vintage pieces that catch an eye. Beyond clothes, the shelves often hold books, kitchen gadgets, and home décor items. It’s a solid spot if you want to give your space a refresh without heading to a big box store.
If you’re scouting for vintage or unique secondhand finds in Port Hueneme, this Goodwill store is worth checking out regularly. The stock rotates constantly because of its donation model, meaning you might find a classic jacket one day and a retro lamp the next. The store’s layout keeps things easy to browse without feeling overwhelming, which is nice when you want to take your time hunting for good deals. For anyone in Port Hueneme interested in thrifting with a purpose, this spot fits the bill.

Long-standing nonprofit chain with a range of pre-owned clothing, housewares & more.
This goodwill makes donations really easy. Sometimes you have to go to the corner outside of the store where the little warehouse is but its ok. Staff is really helpful and i think the clothes are well priced
Out of all of the goodwills in the three cities (Ventura, Oxnard, Camarillo), this one has by far the BEST selection. The store is smaller but they use their space to the max. I’ve struck gold here, finding pants and shoes that are actually great quality and my size. I think because of its proximity to the base, bigger and more heavyset/muscular men have a better chance of finding clothes their size because of the donations coming from those living on base. Try your luck if you have time and come to this location.
Had a wonderful experience at this Goodwill. It's very clean and well organized. A woman named Suzy was very helpful & kind, not only to me, but seemed to be happy and kind to everyone in the store. Congratulations Goodwill on a nice new store, an excellent employee!
First time here I came on a Monday around 7:15 PM, they close at 8pm. You will need a lot more time in the store because it’s organized by color not size. I will be back because it is clean and a lot of selections. Good location.
its an okay store but it makes me mad that at 7:30pm they were yelling kinda rudely that they would be closing in 5min,,,they are supposed to close at 8pm,,,so at 7:35pm they start yelling saying that the registers were closing and that if we didn't check out right then we wouldnt be able to get the items we wanted. i was the second to last person to check out and the girls behind the register kept talking bad about the customers that had previously checked out. i ended up walking out of the store at 7:45pm. please dont put the closing time for 8pm if ur employees dont abide by it or care about being rude to customers.
