Goodwill Industries of Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties is the BEST! They offer so many helpful programs to assist people within the community, such as counseling referrals, job skills training, and job placement. They even run a program for tattoo removal (for individuals who qualify), and I'm so very grateful to them for offering this program. Thank you, Goodwill! You really do make a HUGE difference in the world!

May 2025. I won an auction, they sent another persons item to me and when I told them they did, they DEMANDED that I return it, at first on my dime, so that they could keep the other customer happy. I never received my item, this they admit, and when I repeatedly asked for my money back, they ghost me.

This is for good will online, be aware shoppers, their online shop they do not take their time to package the item you have purchased online, Mu package was poorly shipped all items were broken, I reached out via email no response, if people are donating their purchases collections I’m 100% that they would like you guys to take care of their pieces as sold and disclose condition of the pieces, if people are spending big money to purchase online and on top of that pay handling fee issues such as breakage should not happen, item was simply put in a box with out any protection, very disappointing, on top of that CS is non existent, I would get 0 star if I could

Do not buy online from this Goodwill. I purchased an antique phone from this Goodwill and it arrived with a receiver broke into pieces and the holder poking through the box. I sent them pictures of how poorly it was packaged and the damaged phone. They never replied back after three emails. The worst customer service I've ever had. Don't buy online from this Goodwill as they are extremely unprofessional, horrible irresponsible packing and don't stand behind their shipping or online products.
