I walked into Goodwill expecting affordable prices and a welcoming atmosphere, but what I found was the opposite. The prices were shockingly high—many items cost more than what I’d see in a department store. For a thrift store that’s supposed to provide budget-friendly options, this felt completely out of line with its mission. Beyond the pricing, the staff added to the disappointment. Instead of being greeted with friendliness or helpfulness, I felt brushed off and unwelcome. The overall atmosphere was cold and uninviting, which made the shopping experience uncomfortable. I left feeling disappointed and shocked. Goodwill is meant to be a place where people can find affordable items and feel part of a supportive community, but this visit failed on both counts.

Customer service was not very good and they rudley told my son the dressing rooms were not available even though they have 3 rooms dedicated.

Workers had a family gathering with some customers instead of working the cash register. And some workers were sent on break id assume, because no one was working. Then finally one man was able to help the long line.

Horrible customer service and stupid employees.They came after me when I left the store accusing me of stealing CDs after I was in line with a bunch of CDs and only one was in the case and i had just bought it right in front of them . I even told the cashier ,when she asked me if I made sure they were in the cases, that none of them were in the cases that I knew of and that I thought they would have the actual cds up front like other stores do. I was calm courteous and just a normal customer they had no right to act like they did. I won't go here if I were you. I was super disappointed when they didn't have the CDs I had picked out and it was obvious in my demeanor yet they came after me when I just finished the sale and had left the store yelling so all could here. So if you want disappointment and disrespectful treatment go here otherwise shop else where . Below is a picture of my receipt and the only CD in its case that I ended up buying.
