This is the Best Thrift Store around, quality merch, bright, clean, overall good management, good to great deals, especially Mondays-50%off everything in store. I've gotten some amazing furniture for incredible prices. I love the books as well, buy 4 get 1 free, especially in Mondays, 50%off and a few book! Plenty of free parking. Great location with Costco right behind as well as many other shops and restaurants close by.

I’m always on the hunt for treasures at thrift stores like Savers in North Scottsdale. Ayanai made my recent visit unforgettable with her stellar service! She usually works in the watch department, where her sharp eye for quality shines, but she went above and beyond to help me track down prime vintage tees and sports gear for my inventory. Sporting a cool Pulp Fiction shirt that screamed great taste in vintage clothing, Ayanai shared expert tips on hidden gems and upcoming restocks, landing me a mint 1980s MLB jersey and some rare band merch. Her enthusiasm, efficiency at checkout, and personalized vibe turned a routine thrift run into a highlight. Really great overall selection and stock, I do wish there were fitting rooms, and a regular checkout line instead of only self checkout. Shoes are one of the weakest sections here, everything else is pretty top tier for a thrift store overall.

The store is well organized, and has a lot of clothing and other items. However, the amount that they charge for their merchandise borders on the cost for it new! I don’t understand how a donation-based business feels that they can charge such prices for donated goods. They definitely are a for-profit organization! I will stick to other thrift stores that are actually fair-priced. Shameful.

Walking in, I thought I was going to LOVE this place. It’s huge and seems to have a decently curated selection but man oh man, whoever is managing this spot needs to get it together because first off, if a store is 70% clothing what makes them think they can ban using the bathroom as a changing room (and actually enforcing it) and then not have any changing rooms? On top of that, they have an exchange only policy 😳 Heck no! I’m not going to not try on something to then drive 40 min back here to exchange it. They wild. Then I come to check out and even though there are three employees at another area in the front cashier spot goofing around and slowing sorting, there is only one cashier open (refer to first photo) and a long line. Then come to find out, they don’t take any form of digital payment. How archaic. Yeah so definitely not coming here and hoping that not only other people see this but management. You have a great base of a store but think of the customer’s experience; it’s very clear you do not care and simply want people to spend money one way or another at your store.
