Love this Goodwill, One of the best hands down, always fully stocked and clean, very friendly staff, if you have ever wanted to shop at a Goodwill this one is for you.....A+
The purse employee who works here has serious issues. While I was looking at items on his rack, he started yelling at customers and then suddenly pulled the rack away while my arms were still in it, almost causing me to fall to the ground. That was completely unacceptable and unsafe. If this store doesn’t want people shopping here, message received. I will never return and will never donate to this store again. I asked another employee for his name so I could report him, and their response was, “Oh yeah, him — he’s always rude to customers.” Excuse me? You knowingly keep an employee who verbally abuses customers and physically endangers them? Had I actually fallen and been injured, I would have called the police. No one should feel at risk of being assaulted just for shopping. Consider this a warning: if you see this employee working, leave. Also the wait time to check out is terrible never any cashiers or carts.
Every time I came here looking for furniture there’s always the same 3 4 same people always waiting to get the best stuff they take out .. there’s something fishy about these people and the workers that work at goodwill seems to me they have some type of contact with the workers that let them know when they are taking good furniture out. And just for these people can resale the furniture I don’t think it’s fair for the rest off us who shop there these people getting all the good stuff
I was blown away when on Saturday I was in there not only was there theft going on by all the ladies putting clothes on and off in the aisles but a whole party was going on. Last time I check goodwill wasn't the bar. Also just very disappointed in this location it wasn't this way a year ago. Not so sure what is going on but this store needs. major help.
These prices here now are crazy! $9 for kids jackets, $20 for dresses, $6 for kids pajamas! There was even a pair of kid shoes for $17 no brand. $12 for kids Van's and they said that was because they were $50 new. Well, that's new and these were very much used condition. When we asked about other pricing they said a machine determines the prices (not sure what that means). I understand that the company's purpose is to serve the community by educating and employing locals by selling goods (that they receive for free) but what about the rest of the community? A mom that needs jackets for her kids that may not have a lot of money is basically paying 3 times what prices were like 6 months ago. Even on sale days these prices are too much and are unfair to their customers. I'll probably need to reconsider where I donate my items and money now.
