We went to this location today for the 50% off. We found some AMAZING deals. I managed to find a bunch of cute clothes for my kids and a few long sleeves for myself. The store was relatively clean considering how many people were there scouring the racks. They were also quick to move the line along and get people checked out.

Always a good time. The only reason it did not get 5 stars is because of the lack of cleanliness. Inventory all over the floor and very lean on store associates.

The staff is friendly and the store has a large selection but I have grown disappointed in Goodwill in general. They have no dressing rooms, charge for their bags, and you can't take your cart out of the store and I've seen them take away garments that are in that day's color sale group , and now have changed their color tag sales to $2 instead of half price which may or may not be a good deal. So I think I'm done with Goodwill and to top it all off they have raised their prices quite a bit too. No good in their will anymore. Think I'll go somewhere else thanks.

Being hung up on is a weird way to end a phone call with someone who says thank you. If it feels like asking for details on the drop off process is annoying to the person fielding phones, that person might need some re-training. Even more strange is when the on shift manager does the exact same thing after asking rhetorical questions that attempt to banalize the concerns of someone who just wants to donate some clothes. Especially clothes that hold sentimental value. Steven or Stephen, who was at the receiving area on the other hand, had a great attitude with a smile while doing more labor intensive work. This location could benefit from his example. Community is all we have when things get tough. That sort of phone-interaction would never happen in Hawaii or Puerto Rico. Very disappointing. I suppose thats what i get for donating to a place that charges for its help. Next time, ill be sure to bring items to a church or school in need.

It was 12:30 on Thursday. Yellow tickets are $2. Surprise, barely any to be found and I soon found out why. Employee going thru racks pulling all yellow tickets. She explained it was so we could look thru them . She finished pulling the dresses and immediately pulled off hangers and put in cart to be returned to the back of the store! So much for $2 Thursdays!
