Love this store, great staff and even better prices! Recently visited St Vincent de Paul, their prices on furniture were awful! I didn't even look at anything else there! Love this Goodwill!
"place is so organized, you can find so many useful things that you won't know you ever need. it's also relaxing at the same time, unlike other stores that have loads of shoppers. for the price, not all products are cheap tho but it's sure affordable for a good quality one!"
Visited this store today and left feeling belittled by the cashier, WAFA. She couldn’t find the price of my jacket and sassed to me and said that she has to call the manager especially because it was a London Fog jacket. I told her that there was a price on it earlier and there was a hole on the side, where the stitching is. I asked for a price reduction and she argued and said that she can’t do that because “this is an expensive jacket”, pointing her finger at me. Then, she flipped the jacket over and found the price and didn’t even apologize. Because of her rude customer service and no manners, I will never come here again.
I was looking at a desk and I had the item ticket in my hand and a store clerk looked at it and said it was priced wrong … And marked it up!!! I talked to the manager and he agreed to price match to the ORIGINAL price I saw … but wow I was shocked!!! And the manager was not very apologetic, this must happen often. Very disappointed.
Good place for people on budget. If you look hard and often you can find decent items for decent price. Store is nicely organized, clean with mostly pleasant employees. Lately Many items tough are quite overpriced, it should be taken in consideration that this store is visited by people on budget, People with very little income, esp. Seniors. I would suggest be careful with pricing each item. Don’t try to get rich on disadvantage of others. Personally I enjoy visiting this store and mostly find something I like. Lately the store changed a lot the negative way. Female employees not service oriented, often even rude. Prices went up since I wrote the first part of the review. Year ago it used to be not bad store to shop an donate. Lately I would think twice to donate anything to this place. I do not feel welcome anymore, at least at this location.
