Great thrift store, organized and lots of things to look through. I find some thrift stores are a little on the crowded side in terms of the rack and shelves are crammed with stuff, but this thrift store was very tidy. I found a perfect pair of Crocs here for just $9, and some of the other items were a good price too, although some things were definitely over-priced, overall it was a very good experience.

Super positive experience at this thrift location! Staff is organized, friendly and go out of their way to ensure customers get the best bang for their buck. I will always speak highly of this non-profit as their prices and selection of brand name clothes are by far the best in the area. The manager is patient and speaks kindly to his staff members and I can truly see that their leadership skills sets this location apart. Store is organized by category, colour and size making it super easy to find exactly what you are looking for. Always find cute stuff!

I was hesitant to write this as I genuinely enjoy shopping at this location but I've noticed that majority of staff don't provide basic customer service on the floor or checking out. Of course there is the odd exception - As a cashier general rule of thumb is to acknowledge customer, say hello.. maybe throw in a how are you? Just the basic polite pleasantries... yesterday my cashier didn't acknowledge my existence, didn't even tell me what my total was - just clicked the pay with debit option good thing i wasn't paying with cash might have thrown a further wrench into this transaction - i tapped my card and that was it - no thanks have a good day.. just literally NOTHING. You cannot have people like this on cash and being the last impression for your customers. Don't even get me started on the people out on the floor putting clothes away or housewares and you can just feel their annoyance that you might be in their way. I get it.. I've got nearly 3 decades of retail experience under my belt including working thrift. I just scratch my head at who gets a job at your store and my daughter who had an interview with you guys gets ghosted. The staff is a representation of your company values and the vibe is not great.

I wish 0 stars were an option THE WORST thrifting experience I have ever had. I do not wish to be a patron of this establishment again. This is a store that does not have good values. This was my FIRST Goodwill thrifting experience ever and I had anticipated enjoying my experience as I did when I went to other thrift stores. I was quite sadly mistaken. My husband and I went there yesterday evening and parted ways to find what we were looking for. I was excited as I have been on a journey of repurposing fashion pieces to curate a wardrobe with personal character and have had great success at neighbouring stores like Talize. Their staff is amazing and the store is clean and very well organized. I went to get a cart because I knew I would be grabbing multiple pieces and comparing items. As I was doing that I noticed out of my peripheral a person passing slowly by me in what I could tell was a uniform I looked up and glanced to see a security guard but thought nothing of it as I know they have a job to do, and assumed they normally walk around the store. As I was deep in my search I noticed the security again slowly walking by where I was and I could see hun staring at me. At this point I noticed he had made a couple laps where I was. I looked up at him and he looked away and continued on. Even still I was trying to give the benefit of the doubt and continue looking for the items I had in mind to purchase. Then I saw someone in my peripheral again this time in the racks directly on the other side of where I was standing and noticed they had a goodwill vest on, an employee, I am now getting suspicious of the odd activity going on specifically in the area I happened to be and pay attention to see if they were working or lurking. That employee eventually left and then I looked up to see what other racks were there to perhaps move to locate better options and noticed the security guard at the end of another set of racks leaning on them and just staring at me. I look right at him and he doesn’t look away. I look around for my husband as now I am extremely uncomfortable and feeling targeted. To give some context I am black and my husband is white. We came in together but I was the one being watched while he was in another area of the store. He came and could tell something was wrong and I told him he said okay in that case let’s leave we don’t need to be patrons here and spend our hard earned money in a place that’s so disrespectful, and that profiles people based on skin colour in 2026! I said ok maybe if it stops I will change my mind let me see, because I had set out to make a purchase that day. THEN I noticed another employee, mind you the two employees were white, come to the other side of where I was standing and appear to be “looking for something” but for a way too long. I watched her movements and realized she wasn’t doing anything. Then I proceeded to ask her about what I was looking for, for one I was genuinely wanting to know where I needed yo be to find these items and two I wanted her to know I noticed her and to see if her body language suggested she was doing what I had assumed. She seemed caught off guard and very nervous to be asked a simple question, that’s when I knew they were profiling me and had been watching me SPECIFICALLY since I walked into the store. I took the clothes to the front where the cashier was and I politely stated to the young lady there that I had changed my mind and would not be purchasing the items if it was okay to leave them there, she obliged and I added I was planning to purchase them but I just don’t feel comfortable in this store. With that I left the items and my husband and I left the store. Walking out the security somehow had moved from where I saw him last to the front where I had moved to. This was my first ever Goodwill experience and I think it will be the last. This left a very very bad taste in my mouth.
