This is my favourite place to thrift. It's pretty well stocked with many gems if you are willing to look. I love visiting for board games especially, as there is always a good one to find. Staff in the store and the donation centre are always friendly and helpful and the place is regularly cleaned. The store also does not have that overwhelming smell like other thrift stores I have visited. There are several change rooms and frequent 50% off sales. It's definitely worth visiting.

I really enjoyed shopping here today at the Goodwill in Kitchener. I find the store has a big selection and reasonably priced for the most part. I really like the visually appealing displays and the artistic way they are organized by colour or theme. I feel that it gives you a feeling that you’re shopping at a classy establishment rather than a thrift store. The staff is friendly. A while ago I dealt with one of the managers I believe his name is Colin and he was very decent to deal with. I appreciate the fairness that he showed me when I came to him with a problem. I am an avid TY beanie baby collector and I have found a great number of great condition TY’s from my collection at this location. I also appreciate that I usually find them all in one spot within all the stuffies. That saves me a lot of time. Today I scored a bunch of bears and even a Dino from the Flintstones. He is a super cute find! It is great that there is a customer washroom. I didn’t need to use it but it is nice to know there is one there for customers that do. There are also Change rooms and this is a real luxury in Thrift stores today. Not all have the privilege of trying on things before you buy. I know that a lot of Value villages don’t have them anymore so this Goodwill is a step up. One insider suggestion for the Customers is to avoid shopping while there is a church service next door. The parking lot gets far too full. Happy Thrifting everybody.

I drove from Oshawa to Kitchener to shop at Goodwill, but it was less than what I expected. I think I had high expectations. I watch YouTube videos were people get items for couple cents or less than $3 but I found stuff for $5, $10 or more. I was hoping it would be less expensive compared to other thrift stores but it was not. Overall experience was okay. I left there with over $100+ worth of items.
