This goodwill location is excellent! Extremely well organized- I love how the clothing is sorted by not just size but also colour. Makes it easy to find what you’re looking for. The always have great selections for clothes, shoes, and household items as well. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I also really appreciate the fitting rooms for trying pieces on!

I was shopping at this Goodwill in Guelph today and enjoyed treasure hunting. This store has the best stuffies at fair prices. Some of my favourites I have found here. The merchandise is organized. There are change rooms but you must track down an employee to open one for you. The only fault I find in this store is the non existent customer washroom. When Goodwill is all about charity and helping people just as the name “Goodwill” would suggest, you would think they would extend a humane kindness and courtesy to the very people that are supporting and donating to their business.

Went recently with some friends and i couldn’t believe the pricing. Half of those jeans were like 25-30$ and I could not believe it. In my opinion even Plato’s Closet has better prices. The 16$ pair of JUICY COUTURE pants I bought there vs these 20$+ basic ones? I’ll stick with my Plato’s Closet from now on I’m not coming back

I visited this location this past Saturday. I have always had a very pleasant experience when I have visited this store and look forward to coming back, but my experience on Saturday was far from pleasant. I had a most unpleasant experience when I was checking out. The pillow I had had a defective zipper and I asked if I could have it for less which I was told no, then I had an item with no price which I really wanted and couldn’t buy because of rules. It had to be taken back to get priced. She told me that she gets asked a hundred times a day which is not true as she was not a regular cashier just helping out. After I had checked out with her she left talking the item away that I had wanted to purchase. This is a second hand store, for charity, the pillow I was buying was for someone who is disabled and needs for positioning as I had mentioned to her. I got nothing in the way of kindness from this individual. Where is the customer service and just basic kindness.
