Always check the sales for the best deals, dollar days was this weekend and clothes were a buck and everything was 50% off
-Editing since they updated their policy to 14 days exchange — I still think I should be able to go to a different location but this policy change definitely makes a positive difference!! Thanks for listening to your customers! Updated to 4 stars.- I really love this thrift store, I shop here often. As well as the location on St. Anne’s. However, I feel their exchange policy is pretty ridiculous. 7 days for exchange/store credit only. I’m sorry, but I don’t have time to go to the thrift store weekly. So I buy the clothes, half of them don’t fit, and then if I don’t bring them back within seven days to the exact location, I’ve wasted my money - while they still refuse to reopen their change rooms.. It’s made me shop here less often and buy less things because I know I won’t be able to come back within 7 days to exchange if it doesn’t fit. I should be able to bring back clothes with tags on to exchange 14 or even 30 days after purchase, like any other store. I also think I should be able to exchange at a different location, ESPECIALLY if I have to exchange within seven days, because what am I going to exchange for?? I was there less than seven days ago and picked through what I wanted already. Very stupid policies, especially for a thrift store. Why does it matter when I exchange the items? If the tag is on and the item is clearly in good condition, I should be able to exchange it regardless of timing. Your sales and good loyal customers are being driven away by silly and greedy policies.
Great prices which is hard to find in thrift stores now days, selection is small or else it would be 5 stars
There is a small selection of everything here, and the store itself is quite small and cramped. I hot it on a good day and got 20% off almost everything i bought. My kids loved it as their tiny toy section was overfilled with stuffed animals, and they were priced super, super cheap. Overall, i was happy with the prices and happy with what i was able to uncover.
I took a truck load of stuff for them. they look at it all in boxes . Said they didn't wont it ,not the brightest guys . Probably turned away $ 800 worth . Either they are making to much or just to lazy to unload . I will never take anything there ever again . Took it to value village were happy to take it . Need better help there . I would fire them .
