Great store, I’ve been coming to this store occasionally… over the past few months since Christmas? They’ve really changed around the layouts of things and it looks great!! I can finally shop accessories without struggling to get past someone looking at purses. And I can also shop the displays they moved now it’s not in the line up for the cash. Easier for me to shop as someone who doesn’t like being in people’s way. I went back today and saw the team changing out more stuff. You could see them enjoying changing stuff around and they seemed like they had good communication usually the staff here are great good job goodwill it always looks like a great place to work. And I will be shopping way more now.
Such a great place! I visited here on my holiday from The Netherlands and was so surprised by the variety in goods, prices and friendly staff! I was greeted by someone at the door and was kindly asked to put my backpack in a locker. So much more friendly than in my own country. I had a great time talking to the staff & browsing the store. I bought a beautiful wine glass here which I managed to get back home safely, and I absolutely regret not getting the whole set. If you still have these Goodwill, can you let me know? I will find someone to pick them up & send them to me!!
This used to be my favourite location, but my recent visit was terrible due to inappropriate and rude behaviour from staff. Multiple team members pushed past me in the aisles to put items back on the racks; one young man followed me very closely and asked why I was in the men's area when I was looking through items in my cart. Then he waited for me to check out and snatched my basket from me as I was leaving.
RACIST! I just watched an Indigenous woman be accused of smoking weed in the store! Impossible she just walked in! Poor lady walked in and was immediately surrounded by four employees! Watching her the whole time, one on the aisle across from her pretending to be working, another at the end of the aisle watching her and two more!!! in the aisle she was shopping in!!! Then the two employees in her aisle started talking loudly about how you can’t smoke weed in the store…they confronted her and she stated a. Weed is not illegal and I’m not smoking in your store I just got here and b. I’m not stealing…there was some back and forth before she left and emptied her pockets and showed contents of her nice Kate Spade purse for the security guard. Never seen such a blatant display of racism in my life. Forget the Goodwill! It’s a For-profit outfit and nasty to people of colour!
Greedwill strikes again. Your racks are full because you want $10 for $5 shirts and $35 for $30 shirts. You guys have absolutely lost your minds with pricing. Worst part is everything you don't sell for $40 goes to the dump and ruins the planet. You're supposed to use free items to get some cash but also make clothing affordable for low income people. Now it's cheaper to shop at the mall than it is at Goodwill. $300 for a jacket!?!? Please, humble yourselves. We will leave you to rot and go under.
