We just launched a major update to how you explore thrift stores on UrbanThrifter.

You can now browse by location — start with a country, drill into a state or region, then explore individual cities and every thrift store in them. Each city page shows you a map, store ratings, hours, and distance from you.

Here’s what’s live right now:

• Coverage in the US, with growing listings in Japan, Germany, Australia, and more
• Real-time open/closed status based on each store’s local timezone
• Distance badges that show how far each store is from you
• Store ratings pulled directly from Google
