For a good will location its not too bad. It's pretty clean and well organized. The decor is sort of depressing, it says hey your poor and that's why your here even if your not. Nothing wrong with bright colors rather than a dark blue, olive green and white and gray. Staff at check out was super friendly.

the inside staff was very nice and helpful but the staff that was in the donation/pickup area was not helpful at all. one of the guys was originally called onto the floor to help us measure an item and he seemed irritated and not talkative at all. we purchased anyways and when we went to pickup the item on the side of the building, we found it didn’t fit, but him and the other guy slid the entertainment center on the floor aggressively. when we came back 20 minutes later to load it up into a truck he helped us again and man handled the item and broke the bottom leg off of it. very disappointed with his customer service and attitude. he didn’t not talk while loading and didn’t even bother to apologize.

While I understand the wonderful mission of Goodwill, it's disgusting 🫣 to see the prices of used, donated item's skyrocket like they're a boutique store. Basically, most item's we looked at (3 local stores) were nearly at or above retail prices. 🤔 Need a bag for your purchases, you'll pay for them, too. Employees at all 3 locations were very helpful and the stores were neat, clean and organized. (Happy Valley, Pinnacle Peak, Anthem)

Avoid this Goodwill store. The cashier and manager are rude and have no concept of customer service. Check out lines are not managed properly and when you bring it to the attention of the cashier and manager, they accept no responsibility for it. The manager and cashier need training on how to speak and treat customers.

Prices are out of control at this goodwill!! Save your money shop at TJMax, Ross or Homegoods, it’s much cheaper and not used!
