I have witnessed amazing transformations in peoples lives. A man and his son were homeless. The man connected with Goodwill of North Texas. He got his CDL training through Goodwill North Central Texas. It was life changing for he and his son.

Good grief! Good to Go SAYS they take furniture. Be sure that it is brand new, no signs of use or they won't take it. Useless!!! Donate somewhere else. Our great, shape used sofa we had cleaned and ready and they called the wrinkles in the fabric 'damage' and in spite of it having just been cleaned they said it had 'odors' and wouldn't take it. Bad business!!!

Shame Shame Shame on you no longer offering any discounts to the military or seniors!!! You are GIVEN these donated items. Your prices have sky rocketed....it's disgusting. You can get NEW items at Walmart for cheaper. There are tags on the items from other stores and your prices are higher, it's ridiculous. Your GOOD will is anything but that.

As much money as they make at least could new shopping carts at ALL goodwill stores. They charge way too much for items that are given free!! The whole purpose was help low income family’s out. Well that’s now true in this case. The CEO is the one collecting the profits. Some stores red a major over haul. Stop paying the CEO money for 6 months and see how he likes it!

They are worthless. No one is ever available. No one answers the phone or return messages. Excuses is all that is given but no results and no manager you can speak with. Why are all these people with jobs and not making an effort or doing anything to help the public. They SUCK! Zero stars but it stilk only post if you select one🤦🏾‍♀️
