Gina was amazing she was quick to help me with my purchase. I commend her for exceptional customer service. She is very responsive when I send a message through the app. When I spoke with her over the phone it was a positive experience and I felt valued from my interaction with her.

free money!!! distribution center make should be able to afford a security guard. Rules Regulations Guidelines. They would have to follow or will be sent home after three times being reported. stamp should be Placed on both hands!!. should not be Easy wash off. Just like a club for minor some adults have No Clue can’t comprehend their actions. Nothing should be tossed up in the air over of their arms.. They should not be able to sit there for hours because other shoppers want to use baskets to they should be a rule laid out that no one can sit there an stand around you shop and you get out.. It’s not fair for the others plus it’s palling too many people in there I think every person shopping should have a limit for them to be able to stand around No more than two hours period..

I have tried to reaching someone in the office about the problem !!! I can't get a hold of uper management because no one no knows how to. I was in the Bedford,Texas Goodwill store. I explained to one of the employee what was on the man restroom wall. It's very sad that the person that cleans the restrooms didn't report this. I find it very unpresidentia, and deeply degrading to the American race of our Black People!!!! The pictures will show the time and date.I have lots all respect for Goodwill company!!! The A/C unit is leaking water on to the floor as well. I believe that people really should stop helping Goodwill and shopping thier. No wet floor signs to protect staff or customers 🤔!!!! OMG!!!

I used to be a regular donor to this location — dropping off clothes, handbags, shoes, toys, and many of my toddler’s gently used items. Every other week, I brought in a full bag of good-quality donations, especially as I’m preparing to move. Unfortunately, my recent experiences with the staff here have been very disappointing. On one occasion, a young man actually shouted at me, saying, “Excuse me, you’re not supposed to leave items here — you need to knock.” But the week before, I had knocked several times and no one answered the door. I’ve also seen others leaving donations at the same drop-off entrance without being confronted. What’s even more frustrating is that on many other occasions, my donations were just grabbed from me with not even a “thank you.” No appreciation, no courtesy — just a cold attitude. This has never been my experience elsewhere. I’ve donated frequently in Southern California, and the staff there were always polite, respectful, and grateful. One time, I even went inside to buy a small toy for my crying toddler. I didn’t know the pricing and asked for help, but the staff looked at me as if I was begging. It was humiliating. Goodwill stands for supporting communities, but this branch has made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. Sadly, I won’t be donating or shopping here again.
