Very mid thrift store. Not saying it’s bad but it saying it’s good. Staff seemed cool and alright and everything sold was typical donated things but there was not much to look at. Large selection of clothes but if you’re looking for other electronics and such, not a great place to be. Overall this place needs more donations, it’s an okay place to go if you’re bored and need something to do.

The worker accepting the donations at the drive thru acted like he didn't want to take my donations. He didn't take all of the items I instructed were for donations out of the car and I had to get out and place the rest of the items on the ground because he was barely moving everything. He slammed each item into the bin as I watched him from my rear view mirror. He also sighed loudly a lot and when I asked for my receipt and said thank you, he didn't even respond. Very unfriendly

Extremely unprofessional and concerning environment. The manager is rude, unhelpful, and shows no real leadership. It looks like community service workers are doing all the actual labor while paid employees sit around on their phones and ignore customers. The store is filthy products being sold are unsanitary, and the fitting rooms are disgusting. On top of that, the camera placement feels like it could possibly see into the fitting rooms, which raises serious privacy concerns. HR and upper management need to investigate this location immediately. The way this store is being operated is unacceptable and reflects terribly on Goodwill as a whole.

The manager, Karrie, is extremely rude and disrespectful. She talks down to people, acts controlling, and makes the environment miserable. She clearly doesn’t know how to treat people with basic respect or professionalism. Goodwill really needs to take a closer look at who’s representing them, because this location gives the whole organization a bad name.

Be careful going into the changing room here. The cameras are pointed at the mirrors and people are visible. I just wanted to edit this post to let everyone know that even though below it says that they take our privacy seriously, there hasn't been any changes to the dressing rooms, the cameras can still see the mirrors.
