This site and it's staff are (now) excellent!! Clear signage, orderly process and space, professional and courteous staff!! Amazing transformation and a great community asset.
Don’t bother coming here, they only take 2 bags. Terrible policy
I brought stuff to donate. Some of the stuff I brought apparently isn't acceptable which is fine. My issue is that the person who was excepting my stuff was rude, had bad attitude, unprofessional! I brought my stuff on 7/10/25. I also brought stuff for donation on 7/9/25, and the staff was very nice and professional!
Agree with multiple of the reviews here that say this was the worst donation experience. The guy who took my donations was incredibly rude towards me. It made me feel very uncomfortable to be dropping off items by myself.
Nope, nope, nope. First and last time I go there. All of the men were rude, they wouldn't let us park in front of it and had to carry heavy items to them, almost to the door, lifting heavy things is a no good for my back. Then they started to get picky and choosing things, they didn't want a perfectly useable folding table for a patio. Leaving the parking lot they honk at me again, because I was in the way. Which I wasn't, I was far away from their trailer.
