I had one of the most beautiful customer service experiences today at Goodwill Store 5191, and it was all because of Alicia. From the moment I approached her, she greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile — the kind that instantly makes you feel seen, welcomed, and valued. Alicia is not only bubbly and friendly, but she radiates a kindness that feels effortless and deeply authentic. I was torn between two full carts and taking my time deciding, and Alicia remained incredibly patient, supportive, and encouraging throughout the entire process. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she created a calm, comfortable, and respectful space where I felt completely at ease. Everything Alicia did was handled with integrity, care, and professionalism, while still maintaining a warmth that is truly rare. Her presence is magnificent and magnetic — the type of energy that naturally lifts the spirit of every person she encounters. She doesn’t just help customers… she serves hearts, and that makes all the difference. Alicia is the kind of employee every company dreams of having. She represents Goodwill with excellence and grace, and she absolutely deserves recognition, appreciation, and a raise for the light she brings into that store every single day. Thank you, Alicia, for being extraordinary. 💙
This place amazing and so well organized. Israel is literally the most amazing worker and hes so helpful and kind. I truly can't wait to come back! This place will be taking all my money
I always have a great experience here. I believe it was Kyle working at the register. He was professional and kind. Bought a great framed print.
I was there on a Saturday when I encountered a very racist employee. A customer came up to her and asked her where the coats were in Spanish and the workers said I don’t speak taco?! And was extremely belittling and aggressive with the customer. I understand not knowing Spanish but being mean and making racist remarks should be a NO!
Hi there, I’m a regular customer at your store Westmorland and wanted to let y'all know again that the men's restroom is currently missing its main door. It’s making it pretty uncomfortable for anyone trying to use the facilities. Is there a timeline for when this will be fixed? I’d love to see this addressed ASAP for the privacy of all your customers. Thanks!"
