Always a pleasure shopping at this Goodwill. Everyone is so nice! If only I could find the color tags that are discounted and I'm set!
I always find something that I just cant live without. The staff is friendly. I live a block away and I had to buy a bigger folding wagon just because I couldn't get my haul into the regular size wagon. HAPPY HUNTING.
I'm sorry other reviewers haven't had a positive experience. It was an amazing first visit for me. I was welcomed by the employees, I got to try out my waffle maker before I bought it, and I discovered a magnificent cast iron braiser that was priced at $98.99! I thought, surely this is an error. I told the cashier what was going on, and he rang it up at $9.99. How wonderful! I am ecstatic.
0 STARS! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS LOCATION ! I purchased glass items and nicely asked the employee to double bag. She said “no im not going to do that” in a very rude manner. When I asked why she couldn’t give me another bag, she said I don’t know and then yelled for a manager. The manager looked at me dismissed my question and talked to another customer as if i was not standing right in front of her. I asked again and she then proceeded to say it was against her policy to give me another bag for my glass items. I decided to grab a bag since she did not want to give me one. She then snatched it out of my hands. I never had a bad experience at a goodwill till now. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!
The Goodwill‘s in Texas are absolutely bad, but this is the worst of all of them. Their prices are pathetically high, Terrible quality. We need to contact headquarters of Goodwill because someone’s not doing their job here. The photos I have attached are just examples of a few things I’ve noticed. This goes on every single day at this store.
