Walked in to warm welcome from the whole staff, I had such a great experience at Buffalo Exchange while looking for a New Year’s outfit. Shay was absolutely amazing—super friendly, helpful, and welcoming from start to finish. She provided top-notch service and were also incredibly kind and respectful toward my service dog and I, which I really appreciate. Shay made the whole experience fun and stress-free. I’ll definitely be back!

I’m grateful this store exists! The workers are kind and the selection of clothing is good. Even though they had to move to a smaller location, I’m just glad they are still open. The move sucks, though. It’s hard to navigate the store and when it gets crowded, it’s not fun. The check-out lines could benefit from some signage, too, denoting which register is for checking out and which one is for selling. And some roped off area to line up in would reallyyy help. It’s hard to stand in line without being in the way, and if folks were made to stand closer to the counter and wrap around it kind of, the walkway could remain clear. Not a perfect idea but I’m sure they could figure something out. My sister had someone cut her in line before a few weeks ago because of confusion of where the line was.

love the store love the people but there’s a new guy up there buying clothes and he just doesn’t have it. i brought in 10 pair of pants leather jackets and shoes and bro only took like 2 things. he didn’t really have the style to be buying clothes in the first place but i had some really good stuff y2k pants good leathers decent condition shoes and he took literally a pair of pants and a vest. i said no thanks went up the street to pavement and they took like most of my clothes lol. still love to shop here but if that guy is buying clothes i will not be selling. i will gladly go to pavement every time

i’ve been buying and selling with them for more than a decade. usually relatively good experience each time. they either buy a lot from you, or very little. regardless. i brought in two pairs of shoes that were sized too small for me, cost a pretty penny bringing them to the states. but the guy called them “cheap knock offs” because they weren’t the 1k-2k originals. which he said they were actively looking to buy, the originals, because respectfully who is selling the original’s at a resale shop for like 25% the price you bought them from. 💀 but it still cost money to buy the “cheap knock offs” originally. i get you not wanting to buy my shoes to already overstock in the smallest store the owner could’ve chosen to downsize too. objectively dumbest decision the owner could’ve made. because now there is no room, no one can do anything, AND it’s overstocked because who is going to buy some of the most insane pieces they buy in, that i’ve seen there for months not move. INSANE move to make it smaller. still in shock that was the move 😭 but i love most all the workers, always lovely and sweet. but the guy who called my shoes cheap knockoffs, even if that’s his belief, and bless his heart if it is, literally shut up about it and don’t buy them. first time this has happened here. not selling again.

I stopped by to sell items here once - terrible experience! I asked the lady at the front if they’d help me bring my items in from my car, which was parked literally parked in front of their door, to their table. Turns out she herself was the manager and said it was against their policy. I told her I understood but I have a hand specific disease and just had two surgeries. I had to show her my scars so she’d believe me. I told her I forgot my wagon and cannot bring in the items myself. As I said “it’s fine, I’ll just have to come back” she agreed to help while eye rolling while huffing and puffing. I didn’t appreciate her response, attitude and demeanor towards me. I understand it’s policy, but given I needed help, their business runs on others donations and she’s a manager, I was really sad, livid and disappointed with Buffalo Exchange’s customer service. Never again!
