I can't thank this organization enough for what they did for me & my husband! Yesterday, my past due electric bill was paid, in full! My husband had an on job work injury last month & broke his calcaneus bone (weight support bone) in his foot, along with breaking his wrist. He just went through corrective surgery & will not be working for the next few months. I've also taken time off work for my own illness & to help him through his injury & surgery. We were struggling financially, to say the least & fell behind on some of our bills, including the electric. Kendra, the lady that worked with us, was so pleasant & made the entire process simple, along with making us feel valued as individuals that were worth helping. This organization helps so many people & families; today, they helped mine! Thank you so much; we have power because of you!! I don't know what we would have done, without this help! I just spoke with someone.Im in need of assistance for my electric.She was so rude .she answered the phone like she was angry at the world.I just hung up on her because I have enough stress .If you don't have compassion to help others you should find another job..She didn't say good morning.the phone call started off rude..Sad

The women who work here act so mean & wicked. You wonder why they work at a place like this & come unhappy, unless there is outside guest. As a professional & student in Addiction counseling, I vow to never make people that I’m supposed to be helping, feel like shit, the way they do. I literally hate it here

Most staff are copletely rude. Food is over 4 years old and moldy. The meat is always undercooked. Had food poisoning twice since being here. The older caffatiria lady is the worst. She took me and my husband off the list because I told her about the food poisening, which she is not supposed to do. My room has always passed room inspections, and with this being my last 24 to 48 hours here they failed my room even though it was the same way it always is, minus the boxes fore I do have to pack at some point. I get that rules are placed for a reason, but to power trip near the end of someones stay is wrong. I will be writing a grievence and I will never come back here. If you get accepted here please save yourself the problem and don't come. There is always confrontation with one of the case managers. They had to switch us because it became sooo bad with her, and glad they did. I appreciate the fact they saved us from haveing to sleep on the streets it was alright at first until you start to see whats really going on around you, and learning who people really are. Would never come back here if my life depended on it though. I would rather sleep in a dumpster.

I tried to get a woman desperately needed help but instead the receptionist wanted to argue with me repeatedly over the use of the term sweetheart. When I called back and ask to speak to literally anyone else that existed at this location she refused to transfer me to anyone but her and she proceeded to argue with me continuously.
