Awesome & special thanks to the lady that sports a bald head & glasses! I lost my pirse & she located it 4 me! Im disabled so thankyou again Goodwill Staff!
Checked out this Goodwill location today. It was very clean and organized. It wasn't messy and the staff was nice. It's in a great area with tons of stores, places to eat. They had good quality furniture and lots of electronics. Their Halloween decorations where up and there are tons of costumes to choose from. Starting from baby to adults!!
Date: 03/06/2026 Estimated Time: 1:30p This cashier was extremely rude to me, to the point that I parted ways without my purchase as she insinuated a very disturbing accusation. In addition, as I walked away, she called me a “jerk” and that is when I turned around and asked her name. She then replied, “none of your business,” all while another client was being taken care, which was quite embarrassing. I communicated that I wish not to make the purchase due to her unacceptable behavior. Once she refused to share her name so that I could make a formal complaint, she called me a jerk—that is when I turned around and took a photograph. This photograph is for record; to inform management of the rude, distasteful, insulting, disrespectful and anti-customer representation this cashier has displayed. I will be contacting corporate.
The worker is pulling all the purple tags off the racks right now! I asked another cashier, and he said he has no idea what she is doing and that he just works there. People like me who are basically living check to check come here because we can not afford new clothes, and this right here is disgusting behavior. Shame on Goodwill!!!
The worst Goodwill experience I have had and I shop A LOT at A LOT of Goodwill locations! I got there shortly after opening and the stocking/sorting team was still on the floor bulldozing thru the shelves and racks. The selection was not what it should have been or what I expected for Scottsdale. I see way better in South PHX!... But the checkout was by far the main act of this locations $H!T show!! There was at least 15 ppl in line, 1 register open w/ a young (deer in headlights) man nervously made all kinds of mistakes. It was incredibly unfair of management to put him in that position and make their customers wait for 30 mins to pay!! I ended up spending $24 extra dollars on 2 items I did not want just so he didn't have to go hunt down the manager. It sucked!! Then I and everyone else still ended up having to wait for the manager anyways because the kid didn't have enough change in his drawer!! She didn't stick around to help him out of the weeds or open another checkout, she just walked away like there wasnt a problem or maybe she just didn't think it was her problem to deal with... Who knows but management was at the root of every issue I had that day. Not to mention the prices were ef-!Ng ridiculous!!! Not more than a few dollars difference between this Goodwill and retail 👎👋
