Very good government Goodwill place love it
I had a wonderful experience picking up my online auction order here! Front desk reception (Santa) was very kind, and notified the warehouse that I had arrived. Overall wait time was about 10 minutes or less. My orders we wheeled out in a cart by another staff member (Mark, I believe), and he assisted me all the way to my car. Better service than I've received in many retail stores in the area! All employees I interacted with (phone, in person, warehouse) were kind and helpful and made me happy to have purchased from Goodwill. Recommended.
Great place to drop off bulky donations. Can be a bit busy in the mornings
Here to pick up your online bids here. You will have to wait at least 45 mins - 1 hour for them to do their little process. First you make an appointment over the phone. After that, you get to the location and sign in. Which is a total waste of time. About an hour later you'll get the item you bid on. Even though it could be as simple as showing your ID and just picking up your item, but no, they like to complicate things here. Total waste of time going through this No proper reception or answerable person to take care of people who wait
Not a store, but you pick up your online bids here. You will have to wait at least 20-30 mins for them to do their little process. First you make an appointment over the phone. After that, you get to the location and sign in. Which is a total waste of time. About half an hour later you'll get the item you bid on. TA DA! Even though it could be as simple as showing your ID and just picking up your item, but no, they like to complicate things here. 1 star for wasting a lot of my time.
