I had to do some community service hours and did them here the staff was super friendly they are always on the move helping customers organizing shelves putting out new merchandise I even did a little shopping myself.☺️ They have an assortment of many different items to look at. Just wanted to say thank you for letting me come and volunteer it was an awesome atmosphere

Prices slightly too high to make it feel exciting or worth it to come regularly. Some stuff I found on eBay for cheaper and the point of a thrift store should be that it’s the best deal around. I get it they have to pay employees, rent, etc… but if things were just a couple dollars cheaper all around it would probably drive more excited foot traffic and sales. Staff was friendly and helpful. Pretty organized and clean. Sales only for veterans or teachers on Tuesdays.

Nice place to go, but if a budget or bargain you’re wanting - go to Goodwill or elsewhere. Management pls do More sales days, that needs to be incorporated. Customers are important, try to make them want to come back. Lower prices and open bathrooms, use a key w stick, like Starbucks does, people need to ask for, then there is permission needed. - it’s only right.

Pros: good range of products: type, gender, size, large store, enough spacing between rows. Cons: overpriced. Prices are much higher than Facebook marketplace or other used marketplaces. Restrooms were only for employees!! In such a large store that customers may spend a ling time shopping they don’t allow customers to use the restrooms

We tried to shop today... unfortunately we entered the land of 'NO!' No courtesy scooter for the disabled, No public restroom and No tag on the shoes we were going to purchase. The refused to price them and sell. You get all your merchandise for free! Shame on Hope THRIFT!
