Long-standing nonprofit chain with a range of pre-owned clothing, housewares & more.
Really well organized and fairly priced compared to other thrift stores. The layout makes it easy to browse, and everything felt cleaner and more orderly than what I’ve experienced at Value Village. Overall a better shopping experience and definitely worth checking out.
Best Goodwill in the city! 10/10, love to shop here. The staff is so friendly and the store is always clean and well organized. I always find awesome brands and generally reasonable pricing. I've picked up a ton of Lululemon, Aritzia, Kate Spade, Levi's, Uggs, Sorel, and vintage gems here. I even scored a Marc Jacobs bag for $30. I'm a big fan of the weekly 50% off tag sales and find myself visiting regularly to see what's new. I don't think I've ever left empty handed. Kudos to the team and management at this store for doing such a great job!
Really wonderful thrift store! The items that are put out are in good condition, and they have staff constantly tidying to keep things organized and off the floor. I love how items are sorted by colour in addition to size, it makes it so easy when I'm looking for something specific. It's helpful that they have change rooms as well, as they're somewhat of a rarity in thrift stores lately. Prices of the items are really decent; Most are less than half the price of their for-profit competitor Value Village, and it feels good to know that proceeds are going to their mission as a non-profit, in addition to keeping items out of the landfill. Last, but not least, the staff at this location are incredible. We had Annie as our cashier this evening, and she was so warm and friendly despite us checking out close to closing time. She even went out of her way to get manager approval to discount a slightly damaged item without us even having to ask. That's been consistent with my other experiences here: The staff are always so kind, and it's a big part of why I keep coming back. The best Goodwill in Calgary!
Good store! A large assortment! Men's, women's and children's clothing. Goods for the kitchen, household appliances, furniture, wedding dresses, decor elements. Very friendly and polite staff! Children's toys, bedding, travel bags and jewelry. Perfect for those who have just arrived in Canada and need to urgently equip housing👍👍
If I could give 0 star I would! They don’t even deserve stars. It is such a terrible store and staff. Things are donated here to help people in need! Unfortunately, it is a franchise that seek to make profits from people that don’t have enough . I went to return a skirt and I had this lady who can’t even speak English properly who said yea your receipt and tag are good but the string of the tag isn’t ours and for this reason we won’t take it! She told me that the cashier who sold this to you dis tell you that it is final sale if you remove the tag! I promise that she never said that to me. The prices are outrageous! I have to say that I am proud to be a Value Village customer and will never be this Goodwill customer. I totally agree with the other reviewers
