My experience to this Bin was superb, Its so organized from runners to cashier. Thumbs up who manage this store. I went this weekend was so busy but instead, i found what i need just stay out of the crowd. I like the idea of no kids arround for their own safety, the carts by the wall because it makes sense unlike Calgary bin carts on the floor. I have my mom with me hard to walk but wants to shop, the manager provide a walker for my mom for easy shopping. I really appreciate it to let my mom shop without hardship. To all the staff and higher management you are all trully Goodwill with heart of people. I will recommend this place to all my community, friends and relatives.

My first experience here was quite something! The staff working the floor could have been a bit more helpful to newcomers, but the lady working the counter and till was an absolute doll!! I will definitely be going back next time I'm in the city!!....of course, the prices were on point too, my kind of place 😁

Hello, I would like to bring to your attention a concern regarding the availability and handling of push carts during my recent visits to your store. On two separate occasions, I visited the store and was unable to obtain a push cart, despite noticing that carts were available at certain times. Each time I asked about using one, a cashier named Tina informed me that the carts were already reserved for someone else who was waiting. However, during my visits I observed that some carts were being set aside in a corner and later provided to specific customers who arrived afterward. From what I could see, it appeared that these carts were being held for individuals who seemed to know the cashier personally. In one instance, my companions and I arrived earlier and began shopping without a cart because none were available. Later, customers who arrived after us were given carts that had apparently been held aside for them. I completely understand that stores can have internal procedures, and I respect the staff who work hard to keep the store running. However, as a customer, the situation made me feel that access to carts was not being handled fairly. My understanding is that items such as push carts should typically be available on a first-come, first-served basis so that all customers have an equal opportunity to use them. Shopping at the bins often involves purchasing multiple items, and having a push cart makes the experience much easier and more accessible. When carts appear to be reserved for certain customers, it creates confusion and gives the impression that some shoppers are being given priority over others. I am writing to kindly ask for clarification on your policy regarding push carts. Is it standard procedure for staff Tina to hold carts for specific customers who are not yet in the store, or should carts simply be made available to whoever needs them at the time? I appreciate you taking the time to review this concern. My intention in reaching out is simply to ensure that the shopping experience remains fair and welcoming for all customers. I would be grateful if this matter could be looked into and if guidance could be provided regarding the proper policy for cart use. Thank you for your time and attention.

Missed the sign with all the rules at the front door explaining that there are no children allowed in the store. So as we’re walking in one of the workers essentially runs up to us and aggressively and loudly tells us there’s no kids allowed in front of all the waiting patrons. I get that the business can set whichever rules it wishes on its premises, but perhaps have some tact and explain politely to potential customers who obviously missed your sign.
