After YEARS of looking, I finally found my very own house hippo. Lol The store has definitely improved with their pricing. So I will be back. Friendly staff at the cash registers - which I appreciate over being forced to use self checkout

The items are in great condition, the store is tidy and the employees were helpful!Finding a parking spot and leaving the lot is currently terrible. People visiting the store nearby would use the parking lot, despite signs stating their vehicles may be towed. You have multiple vehicles stopping to wait for a spot. Plus there are two entrances going into the busy and tight parking lot. My SUV was almost hit whilst leaving. Could a one-way parking system help? I’ve been going to Goodwill for ~15 years, I hope the parking situation improves soon!

Update: I revisited the store and noticed that they have started to address the spacing of the racks. While there still isn’t enough room to comfortably pass someone in the aisle, a cart can now fit through, and a narrow wheelchair might also be able to navigate the space. However, to meet accessibility standards, aisles should be a minimum of 36" wide, and they have yet to reach this standard. Additionally, they have added Goodwill customer-only parking signs along the fence, which is a step in the right direction. However, this does not resolve the larger issue of shared parking with neighboring businesses, which continues to be a challenge. It’s good to see some improvements, but there’s still room for better accessibility and parking solutions. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I visited this store today and was pleased to see the friendly atmosphere created by the staff, who warmly welcomed all the customers. The store was well-stocked despite being only its second day of operation, and new items were continuously being brought out. However, the shopping experience was severely impacted by overcrowding. The aisles were so narrow that carts could not fit through, making it nearly impossible to shop comfortably. I was also concerned about the safety of the hooks sticking up, which posed a risk of damaging clothing or causing injury. Most importantly, the layout was completely inaccessible for individuals using wheelchairs, which is unacceptable. I spoke with several other customers who shared similar concerns about the overcrowding and found the space equally difficult to navigate. Another significant issue is the parking situation. The store next door has a history of their overflow customers spilling into surrounding lots, and the same problem is happening here. Approximately 75% of the cars in the lot were for customers heading up the hill to the store next door, leaving very little space for Goodwill shoppers. This alone will deter potential customers from visiting. I really wish you had chosen to open down the road in the vacant grocery store with its spacious parking lot—it would have been a far better fit for your needs. Goodwill, this store has potential, but significant improvements are needed to make it a safe, accessible, and convenient shopping environment for everyone. Please address these concerns.

Experience shopping was fine, but then I was accosted then harassed by an angry employee in the parking lot telling me to leave now! Shouting and arguing at me, not with me. This rude and angry customer shipping there is brutal, I even had a receipt and the item I had just purchased. Worst customer service ever, the guy wearing the cowboy hat yelling at people in the parking lot should be fired honestly. I thought this was about good will right? It should be named ill-will, cause that's what this guy meant for me, like he had it out for me. Never coming back here again after this

Terrible experience here. Employees are horrible. Harassing you every step of the way. you can't browse books in peace... look at clothes without one of them on you, policing you or your children. And then when you ask a question, they leave and never come back. Horrible. I've never been in a place like this. 😥
