I’ve been to this donation center for over 5+ years and have donated at the drive thru multiple times but I have NEVER. And I mean EVER. Got the service that I’ve gotten like the service I got from Nate today. Nate went above and beyond to make sure my experience was pleasurable and I look forward to seeing more of him whether he’s in the store or outside accepting donations. NATE IS THE MAN WITH THE PLAN!!! HIS ATTITUDE RADIATES!!! LOVE THIS PLACE AND WILL KEEP COMING BACK JUST FOR NATE!!

Pulling up I felt I was going to wait awhile. Until Nate came out quickly with his cart. Nate was great and friendly. Glad I stopped by to donate today

Very clean store and the staff is super friendly! Raquel helped me find exactly what i was looking for and Nate with his perky "yellow is the color of the day, and what a beautiful color it is" was so funny and outgoing it actually made me look for yellow tags....Kevin and his smile and friendly checkout topped it off. I've never been to this location but now that I know it's here, I'll for sure be back! Thanks for making another trip to Goodwill fun!

I had a great experience at the Goodwill store on Valencia Street in Tucson. The staff were very nice, welcoming, and helpful, which really made shopping enjoyable. The prices are also very good, with plenty of affordable options. There is a bit of opportunity to keep the items more organized, which would make it even better. Overall, a pleasant place to shop and definitely worth visiting.
