Store is clean and very well organized. Very kind staff. Prices are fair. Highly recommend location. Thank you to the lovely shopper, who very kindly left a beautiful sweater, which I admird, near the yarn area, where I found it!! Your thoughtfulness brought a tear to my eye!!! So sweet. Great store and friendly customers!

Been going to this location for around 3 years now, went to return a 40 dollar “coach” purse bought at the Bremerton location a couple days back, and found it was a fake made in Korea. When we went to return it we figured it would be best to let the clerk know that we were returning it because it’s a fake bag. She said with zero concern- “that’s okay, we can still sell it” … yikes goodwill.

I appreciate what the company is trying to do, but when I donate regularly the least I expect is basic respect. I am no one's honey. My husband is the only one who can call me honey, so show a modicum of respect instead of patronizing your female patrons.
