Goodwill sells most of the good stuff online before it gets to stores but you can still find some great items that slip through

I would like to recognize the employee for their amazing support and help . I thought some one stilled my wallet and they were so kind to help me. They called me Monday and said they found it. Mandi, was so kind hearted and generous that she gave me her $15 for gas to be able to back home. A 3 hour drive. I went to pick up my wallet and everything was in there. I tired to give her a little money and she did not take it. It comes to show that there is still very honest and caring people. The store I clean and well organized. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

I like shopping for something I can reuse or upscale before I purchase new. I wish they did better about the cleanliness of the store. The hangers and shelves are always so dirty. I would never buy shoes from them, but their shoe section is pretty disgusting, even to look at.

Went in this afternoon per usual. I’ve never met an unhappy worker at this location until today. My cashier was Leslie and let me say she was the rudest human I’ve ever encountered. I went to the register with a necklace that happened to have no tag, I let her know and her response was 9.99 I was quite shocked to be honest and responded with “really”? Her response was “yes really! Do you want it or not! And I responded with it just shocked at the price its fake thin pearls and she responded.”of course it’s fake what do you think” if it was real it would be on our website.her response was very passive aggressive. This lady should not be a front facing employee for goodwill and does not in anyway represent the goodwill I have come to know and love. I hope management sees my review and sends her through training for how to treat customers with dignity and respect. Please do better Leslie.
