Not sure why this Goodwill is below a 4 star average. It is one of the cleanest, most organized, and well stocked Goodwills around. The staff were so kind and friendly too!
OUTSTANDING Selection and INCREDIBLE Prices. Plus the store was very clean, organized and orderly. And to top it all off the staff were very kind and surprisingly thoughtful. This Goodwill Takes the Cake for sure!! I 100% recommend this location, HANDS DOWN!!
This place is huge and full of hidden gems! I’ve found great home decor and storage pieces at great prices. They run weekly deals and recently, I got a beautiful lamp for less than a tenth of its original price. Big shoutout to Edzon and Jerry in the home decor section! They went out of their way to test the lamp for me, even while they were busy organizing. Their friendliness and helpful attitude are a big part of why I keep coming back. They truly reflect Goodwill’s mission of empowering individuals through work and self-sufficiency. I’ll definitely be back for more great finds!
Love this Goodwill overall very good shopping experience I would say it’s gotten So overpriced over the years, which is crazy knowing that all the items were donated. Today’s experience with the cashier Logan was pretty horrible. He was snarky and quite frankly rude. Kept checking the tags as if I changed them or something so odd. I understand many of us have pretty bad days, but working at this type of job you have to make the little things count such as asking somebody how their day is or just in general smiling he should look for a new job because this one is obviously does not bringing him joy.
I went in to do some last minute Christmas shopping today. Was finishing up and getting in line when a “security” guard, with a fake badge around his neck randomly approached me asking me if he’d seen me before, “in the electronics section”. I was minding my business, and told him no. He continued to ask me questions and I told him I’ve never seen him before and to mine his own business. Then he proceeded to get in my face, telling me I couldn’t buy the items I was trying to purchase, claiming that he had a video of me shoplifting and that I needed to leave. I asked him to show me the video, because I’ve NEVER shoplifted, and NEVER even seen this man. I’ve never had any issues with regular security guards at this location, and do not shoplift. Maybe you guys should just use your regular security guards who don’t harass paying customers. He was getting in my face, yelling at me to get out of his face, and being aggressive because I asked him to mind his business. Super unprofessional. Literally saw another guy in there ACTUALLY shoplifting. Do your job correctly, and don’t harass paying customers. It’s one thing if I was behaving suspiciously, or bringing attention to myself, but I literally was in line, when he started questioning me. Your regular security does an AMAZING job at this location, and is very respectful, but whoever that was made a huge scene and got aggressive because I asked him to mind his own business. I was IN LINE. He was wildly disrespectful and obviously doesn’t understand his job. If I was trying to walk out of the store without paying, great, I deserve all of the above. But I was standing in line minding my business. Never been disrespected so blatantly. Merry Christmas…? Literally not going to donate to your location ever again, or shop there. Give your regular security a raise, because I know that’s a tough location, but whoever that guy was? Wildly disrespectful and aggressive. I’m sure you know exactly who I’m referring to, because he had on a badge. Lol.
