I always love coming to this Saver's on mesa. The selection is great 👍🏻 the store is neat and organized and the staff is very friendly at the self checkout. I found some very nice jeans and men's shorts and t shirts.

1st time visiting this area so decided to shop. From its name states “Savers” you would presume you’ll save some cash shopping here. On the contrary, you might save $1 if you just purchased new; not a lot of saving here! The items in store are provided by the community for free—according to the announcement in store if you spend up to $100 you will receive 20% off after giving your item for free! Another thing i didn’t like was there are no fitting rooms. When i asked an associate she stated once COVID started they got rid of that. From my recollection COVID ended 2022/3 so I’m not sure why they haven’t changed that recourse. The associate did mention you can bring back the clothing (14-day timeframe and tags have to be still in tact) that does not fit but they only do exchanges—you will not get your funds back. I’m not sure if i would recommend. If you’re on a tight budget seems better to find another thrift shop.

The person incharge of the check out was so rude . And told me to find something that was more than 99 cents . What the hell they should be responsible for there merch not the customers. How stupid do yall think we are. And it was a grease DVD. I was about to get and she said "make sure the movie is in ther" well the staff should be accountable for that not the customers .

The selections are mid at best. Broken dollar tree art repriced for $5.99 and used worn out sweatshirts for $10.99. Gross how much they markup the prices when everything they get is donated. 2/10 times you can find something decent for a semi decent price

Today my 10 year old and myself stopped at the store to look for books and some items for an upcoming Girl Scout meeting. We come often and purchase a good amount of books. We take our time so I will say that maybe the amount of time we were in the store is what triggered us being followed by a male employee. He proceeded to follow us from the books to the toy section and then the shoe/ purses. I brushed it off, knowing that he was wasting his time. Although insulting ,he at least was trying to not be obvious and stayed a polite distance away. This changed when I went to pay for our items. A young lady walked up as I was separating items that would go with us verses the G.S. This young clerk was all but breathing in my ear. She was blatantly letting me know that she was there and watching. If I had taken a step back I would have bumped right into her. I asked her to please take a step back, that not only was I not stealing but she was intruding my daughter's personal space as well. With a blank dumb founded face, she continued to stand and stare. I did look up at what I assume was a manager of some sort and motioned to the blank stare girl and told her that is was ridiculous that she is that close. She switched her out with another clerk whose breath I could at least not feel on my neck. The absolute rude, insulting and unprofessional way the staff carried themselves today is ridiculous. *And to be clear, I had a mini fanny pack, tee shirt and running short ( no pockets) on. Absolutely no place to hide anything. I have also donated many times.
