The morning staff here is amazing. James, Cindy and the others are friendly, welcoming and friendly. The store is clean, organized and they handle busy moments with grace. They seem to like working there which is rare. Hope to find my treasures there.

Would give zero stars if I could. The only cashier on duty was telling other employees not to open additional registers because, “the fewer cashiers, the faster we get out of here,” even though it was only 8:40 PM and the store doesn’t close until 10 PM. The same cashier stood by doing nothing while an elderly customer struggled to wrap her dishes in newspaper by herself, without any assistance. While I understand that bagging may not always be required, it was disappointing to see no effort made to help customers—especially those who clearly needed it. Overall, the lack of customer service was frustrating and disheartening.

Very over priced, not well laid out for a person in a power chair, and short staffed. First all the items are over priced, from the clothing, the furniture, the miscellaneous, and everything in between. Second, very disappointed as a person in a power chair that for a new build store they don't have automatic doors or even a push plate on the side to open them. Finally, 99.9% of the time I was there only one register was open and while shopping about every few minutes someone was on the intercom calling for help to open another one. I understand that there's overhead and employee expenses that go into running a brick & mortar store, but for a brand new building & business that gets their inventory donated to them, I was absolutely disappointed with this store from trying to enter the front doors, the prices, and the checkout.

Not only is this place overpriced but management is absolute garbage. It was 3 minutes until they opened. I walked up walked inside I got chewed out by three different employees because there's 3 minutes left. It's the middle of summer they wouldn't even let me wait inside. That's a little ridiculous . You guys go to the other Goodwill Don't give this Goodwill any money. I watch them reject a guy who just asked if he could get a discount on these slacks for work and the lady said no there's nothing I can do. You guys get this for free absolutely disgraceful

I had a terrible experience at this Goodwill. I was sitting on the couch looking over some items I planned to buy while waiting for my wife to finish her doctor’s appointment and pick me up. Out of nowhere, the store manager walked up to me and said, “I am watching you.” This was extremely rude and uncalled for. I was just minding my own business, not causing any trouble, and definitely not stealing. To be treated like a thief for no reason is insulting and unprofessional, especially from a manager. Goodwill is supposed to be a friendly, community-oriented place, but this kind of behavior makes customers feel unwelcome. I won’t be coming back to this location. I I could give 0 stars I absolutely would!
