Elvia Is very respectful very sweet Amazing lady there is in that store if anything she has tried to be very helpful to everyone who walks through those doors she goes on and beyond The lady does give the right price when people ask her for it But just like any where there will be good and bad people talking behind people's back she has already been there for yrs so why would she be there that long if she wasn't doing her job right? Honestly if she has been there that long Then She Must Be Doing Something Right she Is an Example of a person many people should be like her
I love this location, but PLEASE use saran wrap to keep items together instead of tape. DO NOT USE TAPE!! I bought these book ends and when I took off the tape it damaged them. Please, please use saran wrap instead!!
Love this store and the emotes r so nice and helpful only thing I don't like which is why I gave it 3 stars are the dressing rooms......terrible! Not very clean, most hooks r broken or missing so there's no where to hang anything and only one of the 4 has a totally broken down chair that's trash. Also the door locks need replacement, took me over 5 .minutes to get out due to the door knows lock was stuck! Awful! Afraid to try the bathroom, I'd rather not take a chance. Otherwise the store is nice, they have so much inventory that most times its hard to look at clothing cause they r jammed tight and can't b slid over.... Maybe sharing with other locations that don't benefit from so many generous donations 🤔
Horrible experience and easily the worst customer service I’ve ever had. The employees claim they work there but don’t even know their own prices — are we being serious? The girl at the front desk was especially unprofessional. The side-eye, the attitude, the judgmental looks… completely unacceptable. Instead of helping, she made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Management seriously needs to fix the training and customer service here. I will not be coming back.
Worst service! The man who's in charge of picking the stuff was so rude i took some good stuff like decorations toys and clothes and he told me it was trash!! Like really dude
