Good location to quickly drop off donated goods. Staff was quick to help unload my car.

This location, compared to the one off Grandbury behind the Dollar General, deserves 10 stars. The gentleman here helped me take my items out of the car and was very professional and the people here were friendly. At the other location, the guys just stood back watching and offered no assistance and barely said hello. I will use this location from now on.

Dropped off a bunch of stuff but the lady that took it acts like she hates her job.

If I could give zero stars I would. I guess the friendly staff members were off the day I visited. The man who met me at the door greeted me with, "Yeah?" I had a question, and he acted like it was SO much trouble to answer and was no help at all. I'll take my donations somewhere else - there are plenty of charities who are happy to take them, and many of them give my clothing and other items directly to people who need them.
