Looks like it's been picked through quite a bit. Mainly just full of junk. Cabinet (in picture), had spider webs and mold in it.

Two stars due to management. Pricing is weird. Shirts that are typically $2.39 at other goodwills are $5+ at this location. That being said, dresses are normally $10 at other stores and this location had them for $6.99. I did find some cute stuff though. I can get past inconsistent weird pricing, my biggest issue was a dressing room situation. I came in the store at 4 pm and saw the opening to the dressing room had racks in front of it. I shopped for an hour and was ready to try stuff on and be done. I asked an employee about the dressing room and was told it was closed. So I asked a lady at the register who said the same thing but wouldn’t explain why. So the cashier called the manager and the manager told me they closed the dressing rooms due to cleanliness and safety of customers. As you can see in the pictures, the only thing in there was the racks blocking entry. She stated an employee was in there cleaning it right now and if it gets clean before close it would reopen, but they were short staffed so it probably wouldn’t happen. She also said I can buy stuff now and if it doesn’t fit, I could go through the hassle of returning it (only to get store credit, not my money back.) I told her I don’t buy anything without trying it on due to sizing inconsistency with clothes and asked if there was an alternative option for customers to try things on. She literally walked away from me and went to the back. I then stood by the dressing room for 30 minutes waiting, not a single person came to “clean,” and it wasn’t until other customers complained about the same thing that the manager moved the racks and reopened the area, without once “cleaning” the stalls. So it was never unclean or unsafe, the manager just didn’t want to open the rooms back up for whatever reason. I thrift at least once a week, most of the time more, I likely will not return back to this location due to the laziness and unprofessionalism of the manager.

I'm super disappointed I found the cutest pair of high heels and then I looked up and saw the perfect dress to match. It was definitely one of a kind and I was excited to purchase the outfit. When I went to get the dress they told me I wasn't allowed to buy it because it was a display. An area blocked off that said display only but the dress was outside on a mannequin I didn't understand but I couldn't purchase this item it's been a long time since I've been inside a store I happen to donate all the time now I was very disappointed

The pricing at this goodwill has gotten out of control. I saw several items with the original price tag, and goodwill marked it 50 cents higher than the original price. They had an old bottle of Christmas hand soap marked $5. I went to pay for my unpriced handbag( $6.99 is the standard price) and I was charged 19.99!!!! They said it was because it’s “luxury handbag” the handbag was made of pleather…. I also emailed goodwill once about getting a credenza priced, when I went back to check the price it was marked $700. $700 for a piece of used and donated furniture!!! Lmao! 🤣 They also leave a “display” section full of items that seem to be priced but they don’t put out on the floor, which is annoying. And please don’t leave a reply a reply that goodwill is a charity. I shop at goodwills all around the country and many thrift shops, I’m aware of the standard pricing. Why are you charging $33 for used shoes? I will no longer be shopping at this goodwill. My favorite is the store front in Watagua and sometimes the hurst and n arlington location.

I used to live in the area, and this Goodwill was my go-to spot for great prices. I stopped by recently since I had a doctor’s appointment nearby, but it’s been about a year since my last visit. I was honestly appalled by the prices. Some of the items were marked so high it was almost comical. It’s disappointing to see how much has changed. A bamboo steamer was priced at $25 but you can get one brand new at Target for $19.99. A decorative Hobby Lobby scale priced at $18. I even saw a basic table top Christmas tree for $15. Updated to respond to GW 11/7/25: I truly value the mission of helping others, but I think high prices can unintentionally work against that goal. When USED items cost more than NEW ones, it makes it difficult for those in need to shop affordably. As someone in need, I also shop at thrift stores to save money while supporting local causes. There are many other thrift stores that do the same important work and still keep their prices affordable, and I would encourage people in a similar situation as me to explore OTHER options.
