Sky & Bill are super friendly & professional. I love this Goodwill. So is everyone else, but those are the two I talked with today. Plus this store always had a good variety of everything. Definitely recommend this store!

Shoutout to the donation acceptance crew! Came mid-morning on a Wednesday and a whole group of guys were working the donation drop off center. We pulled up with quite a few big furniture items (some things we weren’t even sure they’d take), and they handled everything for us! Tip: For anyone arriving in a moving truck, they aren’t allowed to step onto the truck, but they can help lift from the truck ramp. They were super fast, kind, and it only took about 15-20 minutes to get everything unloaded! Highly recommend.

Always blown away by this location! Not only is their inventory and prices incredible but the entire staff is so sweet and friendly!! I am ALWAYS greeted by a friendly welcome and smiles when I come in and anytime I’ve had questions they are so helpful!! You can definitely tell that the manager Leo takes great pride in looking after the store and his associates! I consistently see him helping and guiding his associates and his genuine caring personality is definitely reflected by how well the store is run! Also wanted to shout out Hannah who is always just a positive ray of sunshine and makes it a point to brighten each customers day at checkout!! Goodwill needs to hire Leo to train people at the other locations because Goodwill Watagua is definitely above all the other thrift stores in the area!
