I was there the other day as i was in San Antonio to pick up my son from university and we thought to stop by on the way north on i35, but at the entrance we were told we needed gloves or no entry, they offered a couple pairs for $2.50, but honestly i usually would spend about that much if even, for the little that is usually found in their bins, so we passed on going in. Not worth the $5 entry, likely not finding anything to buy. Just be aware to bring your own gloves
Our family has always enjoyed shopping at Goodwill Outlet (the bins), especially for our kids since they grow so quickly. We’ve found great clothing and toys in the past and have had positive experiences at other locations, even though they are a drive from our home. While visiting family from out of state, we decided to bring them to this location. Upon arrival, we were immediately informed by an employee that children under 15 years of age are not allowed and that gloves are required. This was a complete surprise, as this policy was never mentioned beforehand and differs from other Goodwill Outlet locations we’ve visited. We were not allowed to enter, which was disappointing and unexpected. As we were leaving, we noticed another family arriving with a small child and felt compelled to let them know, as they were equally surprised by the policy. Unfortunately, this experience was a shock and a letdown, especially for families with young children. I would not recommend this location unless you are aware of the age restriction and arrive with gloves. Clear signage or advance notice of these policies would be very helpful for future visitors.
Drove 30 min to find out this is a bin store. staff require gloves to go thru bins and nothing but junk all the other stores don't want. Not worth it and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
No kids allowed you gotta be 21 and older to dig through trash bins . NO CLOTHES OR ITEMS ARE PUT UP IT LITERALLY TRASH BINS
